西部大开发的经济法思考

Reflections on the Economic Law of the Western Development

我国的西部开发是一个长期而艰巨的过程 ,除了一系列的必要的政策指导外 ,还需要辅之以系统的法律保障。其中 ,经济法对这一历史进程的规制显得尤为重要。以经济法的基本体系为依托 ,从市场主体、市场秩序、宏观调控和社会保障几个方面对西部开发中的经济法运作进行初步探讨。

The western development is a long term and diffcult process which needs the legal protection in addition to the necessary series of policies.Economic law will play an important role in this course.In this paper,the author will do some preliminary study on the functions of economic law in the western development.Based on the system of economic law,the study is conducted in respect of market subject,marketing order,macroeconomic control and social security.
