加入WTO后中国农业的应对之策

ON THE CHINESE AGRICULTURAL POLICIES AFTER CHINA'S ENTRY INTO WTO

面对WTO带来的机遇与挑战 ,中国农业将如何发展 ?笔者认为 ,要熟悉和灵活应用WTO农业游戏规则 ,借鉴其他成员国的经验教训 ;调整和优化产业结构 ,推进农业产业化进程 ;调整农村就业结构 。

Facing the opportunity and challenge offered by WTO, In what direction should Chinese agriculture develop ? The author of this paper holds that we should acquainted ourselves with the agricultural rules of the game of the WTO, draw lessons from other WTO members, regulate and optimize the structure of agricultural production, speed up the industrialization of agriculture, regulate the structure of employment in the country, and dispose in a correct way the surplus labour force in the country.
