摘要
针对我国高技术企业的综合素质在实践上只有个别单项指标的孤立评价 ,缺乏科学、定量、准确的多指标全面评价这一现状 ,提出了解决此问题的系统评价模型及具体的评价操作方法。
As the present state of the comprehensive quality of the high tech enterprises in our country, only individual and single quality index is isolately appraised but still lack comprehensive appraisal of scientific, quantitative, accurate and multiple quality indexes. For solving this issue, the authors put forward a system appraisal model and a particular operating method of appraisal; and illustrate the feasibility and actual use of this technique of appraisal by positive analysis.
