江泽民在“七一”讲话中 ,提出把促进人的全面发展作为社会主义新社会的本质要求 ,是对马克思主义关于科学社会主义理论的重大丰富和发展。我国社会主义建设所取得的伟大成就 ,为实现人的全面发展奠定了坚实基础。实现人的全面发展必须与社会主义建设的实践结合起来 ,形成相互推动的良性发展。
