不当得利是民法中一项重要内容。构成不当得利有四个条件 :一方获得利益 ;他方受到损失 ;受利益与受损失之间有因果关系 ;
Improper gain is important part of civil law. The four constituent elements of improper gain are as follows. One party gets gain and the other party suffers loss. There exists a relation of cause and effect between gain and loss. No legal basis is available.
