The Development Status Quo and Development Tactic Alternative for China's lnvestment Funds

我国投资基金经过近十年的发展 ,已日渐成熟 ,但仍有待于进一步完善。本文针对我国基金业目前存在的四个主要问题 ,及与发达国家的差距 ,运用委托代理理论、信息不对称理论等经济学原理对行了分析 。

With 10 years' development, Chinese Investment Funds have been mature graduately. But there're something still should be improved. This article focuses on four important problems in investment funds management industry and the comparison of disparity between Chinese investment funds and the ones in developed countries. We will analyze the problems with agent-system and information dissymmetry theory. At the end of this article, we offer some strategies about the investment funds industry in china after WTO entry.
