摘要
上市公司披露财务信息是必须的 ,但目前我国上市公司在财务信息披露中存在着很多问题 ,需要采取相应措施及时加以解决 。
It is imperative for the listed corporation's to disclose the financial information. But there exist a lot of problems in the financial information disclosure in our country at present and some corresponding measures should be taken to solve them in order to enable the financial information users to correctly judge the listed corporation's operational situations.
