This paper analyzes the impact and pressure on China's entry into WTO, the type, mode, aim and its expansion strategy of foreign investment. In order to solve the problems during the course of attracting foreign investment, we must timely work out and perfect the laws and regulations on foreign investment, safeguard demotic economy, open widely to the outside world and enhance the competitiveness of domestic enterprises in hot competition.
