提高企业竞争力不仅需要从公司管理入手 ,采用科学的管理方法 ,还需要从完善公司治理结构入手 ,创造一个良好的制度环境和制度安排 ,更需要从公司治理和公司管理的结合入手 ,创造与公司治理相适应的科学的管理方法。管理会计作为一种提高企业竞争力的科学的管理方法 。
It depends not only on scientific management and perfect administration structure with a sound systematic environment but a combination of both to increase the business competitiveness.This paper focuses on the research how managerial accounting, as a scientific management tool to increase the business competitiveness, reconstructs to suit corporation administration.
