摘要
加入 WTO,受冲击最大的是政府 ,为此政府应根据 WTO的运行规则 ,转变观念、职能和管理模式。做到办事公开 ,增强政策透明度。建立适合市场经济运行规则的机制 。
After joining WTO, it is the government that is most shocked. Therefore, it must throw its sense and administration mode, achieve being fair in handling affairs, set up the mechanism that is in accordance with the market economic operation, overall enhance its capability for administrating economics.
