摘要
云梦秦简的出土极大地促进了秦法制史研究的繁荣。但由于对秦法律发展的特殊性认识不够 ,使得秦法制史研究在方法论和史料的运用等方面出现了诸多问题 ,并因此妨碍了秦法制史研究的进一步深入。
The excavation of the Bamboo & Tablet Inscriptions in the Yunmeng County has greatly enhanced the study of the legal system in the Qin Dynasty. However, the lack of the knowledge in the peculiarity of its development has brought about some problems in methodology and choice of data in the course of the study, and hence, hampered further studies.
