清肝解毒注射液对急性肝衰竭大鼠免疫功能的影响

Effects of Qinggan Jiedu Injection on Immunologic Function of Rats with Laboratory Acute Hepatic Failure

目的:探讨清肝解毒注射液对实验性急性肝衰竭大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:大鼠随机分四组:清肝解毒针组;肝细胞生长因子组;生理盐水组;空白组。前三组用D-氨基半乳糖腹腔注射2h后,分别给予相应药物治疗,1次/d,连续10d后,处死大鼠,采血,进行红细胞免疫功能,血清免疫球蛋白,血清补体测定。结果:清肝解毒注射液能提高红细胞免疫功能,抑制过强的体液免疫,用效阻断补体系统C3途径的激活、使补体合成增加。结论:清肝解毒注射液具有调节机体免疫功能的作用,从而减少或防止肝细胞的大量坏死,对急性肝衰竭起到良好的治疗作用。

Objective: To explore the effects of Qinggan Jiedu injection on the immunologic function of the rats with laboratory acute hepatic failure. Methods: 48 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: Qinggan Jiedu injection group; hepatic growth factor group;normal saline group and blank group. The first three groups were respectively in jected with corresponding medicine one time a day after all being injected with Gain two hours later. After ten days , all rats were killed and blood were collected to detect the immunologic function of erythrocyte and the liter of serum immunoglobulin and complement. Results:Qinggan Jiedu injection can improve the immunologic function of erythrocyte,inhibit the excessive humoral immunity, effectively block the activation of complement 3 classical pathway and increase the synthesis of complements. Conclusion: Qinggan Jiedu injection has the action of regulating the immunologic function of organism so that it can decrease or avoid necrosis of massive hepatocytes. All these results imply that it is a good medicine in treating acute hepatic failure.
