凝集比浊法测定脂蛋白(a)的实验研究

Determination of Lipoprotein(a) by Agglutinative Turbidimetry

目的探讨测定脂蛋白 ( a) [Lp( a) ]的可靠方法。方法采空腹血抗凝或不抗凝 ,离心分离成血清或血浆 ,直接上机测定。结果线性范围在 0～ 10 0 0 m g/L;灵敏度 :0 m g/L Lp( a)吸光度变化值为 - 0 .0 0 9～ 0 .0 0 9,2 0 mg/L Lp( a)吸光度变化值为 0 .131～ 0 .2 13,80 m g/L Lp( a)吸光度变化值为 0 .6 50～ 0 .82 6。特异性 :测定质控血清时 ,测定值在靶值的 95%～ 10 5%范围内。精密度 :N=6 0 CV≤ 5%结论凝集比浊法测定 L p( a) ,灵敏度高 ,特异性好 ,精密度高 ,是一种可靠而稳定的检测方法。

Objective To explore a reliable method for the determination of lipoprotein(a).Method Gather fasting antiagglutinating and agglutinating bloods,centrifugalize them respcctively to get the plasma and serum,which were directly set on instrument to detemine.Results Linear rang:0～1000mg/L;sensitivity:the absorbance variences of 0 mg/L Lp(a),20mg/L LP(a) and 80mg/L Lp(a) were -0.009～0.009,0.131～0.213 and 0.650～0.826.Specificity:when the control serum was determined,the measure value was within the standard deviation(SD),95%～105%.Precision:N=60 CV≤5%.Conclusions Agglutinative turbidimetry is a reliable stable measurement method for determination of lipoprotein(a) with high sensitivity,precision and specificity.
