鼻中隔粘膜下切除术切口处理方法对愈合的影响

Influence of Woundtreatment Fashion on Healing after Submucous Resection in Nasal Septum

目的探讨鼻中隔粘膜下切除术的切口缝合与不缝合对术后愈合的影响。方法将 10 6例鼻中隔偏曲患者 ,随机分为两组 :切口缝合组和切口不缝合组 ,观察术后鼻腔清理时间、出血情况及愈合时间。结果 1术后鼻腔清理时间、愈合时间 ,切口缝合组与切口不缝合组 ,差异有高度显著性 ( P<0 .0 1) ;2切口缝合组换药时出血例数较切口不逢合组少。结论鼻中隔粘膜下切除术缝合切口可缩短术后清理时间和愈合期 ,减少术后换药出血。

Objective To investigate the effects of treatment fashion of incision (with or without suturation) on wound healing after submucous resection in nasal septum.Methods 106 patients with deviation of nasal septum were randomly divided into two groups,in one group the incisions were sewed and in second group not sewed,and then investigate the time of nasal management after operation,the situation of haemorrhage and the time for healing.Results As compared with non sewed group,in sewed one the time of nasal management after operation and the time for healing were remarkably shorter(P&lt;0.01).The cases with haemorrhage at toilet were fewer.Conclusion At submucous resection in nasal septum the suturation is favourable to wound healing.
