This paper considers a three-dimensional Lotka-Volterra Co-operation model. The existence and uniqueness of equilibrium are studied. The necessarry and sufficient conditions of the stability on interior equilibrium are given; The relationship between local stability and global stability of the interior equilibrium is discussed.
