This article discussed the stability of constant neutral type large scale system which contains unstable subsystem in C^1 space. The method is different from former work. We make full use of the interrelationship of each element in the system, and adjust properly with matrix to be decided if necessary. Finally we get several asymptotically stable ample conditions of such kind of system in C^1 space.
