神经生长因子在老年性痴呆发生中的作用机制 被引量:4

摘要 老年性痴呆(AD)是老年人多发的慢性进行性退化性疾病,以进行性记忆和识别功能损伤为主要表现,与中枢胆碱能神经元变性密切相关。而动物实验发现,中枢胆碱能神经元均为神经生长因子(NGF)依赖性的,如给予外源性的NGF可使已损伤的胆碱能神经功能及动物的学习、记忆力明显提高。这使NGF的研究备受关注。
