摘要
目的 :观察百令胶囊缓解胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者手术和化疗后气阴两虚证临床症候和免疫调节作用。方法 :75例病人随机分为治疗组 5 0例 ,对照组 2 5例。分别使用百令胶囊和常规西药进行治疗和观察。结果 :治疗组在改善胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者气阴两虚症候、提高和调节免疫功能等方面明显地优于对照组 ,与对照组比较 ,P<0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5。结论 :百令胶囊能在一定程度上缓解胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者由于手术和化疗等因素引起的气阴两虚症候 。
Objective: To observe the immune regulating effects of Bai Ling capsule in treating gastrointestinal carcinoma cases after the operation and chemotherapy.Methods:75 cases were divided at random into 2 groups: treatment group (50 cases treated with Bai Ling capsule and routine western medicine) and control (25 cases treated with routine western medicine).Results: The TCM symptoms and signs were greatly improved in the treatment group cases, better than in the control ( P <0.01). Conclusion:Bai Ling capsule was effective in treating gastrointestinal carcinoma cases after the operation and chemotherapy in restoring the body energy and raise the immune function.
