摘要
抽验 10个生产单位的 30批复方丹参片 ,发现个别生产单位的产品丹参酮ⅡA 含量测定时出现异常现象。因此提高现行版《中国药典》复方丹参片质量标准为当务之急 ,建议增加药材的显微鉴别、丹参对照药材薄层色谱鉴别及丹参素含量测定。
After testing 30 batches of Compound Salviae Tablet sampled from 10 pharmaceutical manufacturers, an abnormal phenomena was found appearing in the assay of tanshinone Ⅱ_A in some products. Suggestions are offered for the perfecting the standard specification of compound salviae tablet in the China Pharmacopoeia by supplementing the microscopical identification of Radix Notoginseng, TLC identification and assay of tanshenol.
