瘦素受体及其信号传递通路 被引量:5

摘要 瘦素通过其受体介导发挥生理作用。瘦素受体后存在多条信号传递通路 ,主要为JAK STAT、MAPK、PI3 K通路 ,后者与胰岛素信号通路交互联系。
