摘要
目的 了解并讨论职工支付能力和支付意愿及其影响因素。方法 利用现场调查的资料 ,进行多因素的logistic回归分析。 结果 职工经济收入、工作状况、职业状况是年门诊支付能力的影响因素 ;职工经济收入、工作状况、职业状况是年一次住院支付能力的影响因素 ;职业状况、工作状况、文化程度、性别是年门诊支付意愿的影响因素 ;而影响年一次住院支付意愿的因素有 :性别、年龄、职业状况、文化程度和职工经济收入。结论 支付能力和支付意愿间存在差异 。
Objective To explore employees' payment ability,payment willing and their influential factors.Methods Multiple factor logistic regression model were conducted to analyse the field survey data.Results Influential factors of annual outpatient cost sharing ability were incomes of employee,working conditions,profession.So do influential factors of annual inpatient cost sharing ability.Profession,working conditions,cultural degrees were influential factors of annual outpatient payment willing.Influential factors of annual inpatient payment willing were sex,profession,age,cultural degrees and incomes of employee,respectively.Conclusion There were the differences between payment ability and payment willing.Working conditions and incomes of employee must be considered while laying down cost sharing proportion.
