摘要 目的 测定腹泻儿童的肠致病性大肠埃希菌 (EPEC)的bfpA和eaeA基因鉴定EPEC。 方法 用聚合酶链反应直接从粪便标本中和传统方法分离后获得的菌株中测定bfpA和eaeA基因。 结果 主要的血清型为O12 4K72 ,bfpA和eaeA基因存在于血清学凝集的 2 3株EPEC菌株中 ;直接从粪便标本中和传统方法分离后获得的菌株中测定bfpA和eaeA基因的结果有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,两种基因的检出率有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。 Objective To detect the bfp A and eae A gene of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC) with child diarrhea for identification EPEC.Methods The bfp A and eae A gene of EPEC were detected by polymerase chain reaction directly from feces and the strain was isolated by tradition method.Results The results showed that the bfp A and eae A gene consist in 23 strain EPEC and the O\-\{124\}K\-\{72\} was mainly serotype.The results of directly detection to bfp A and eae A gene from feces and after isolation were significant difference ( P <0.01).The positive rate of the bfp A and eae A gene was significant difference ( P <0.05).Conclusion To detect the bfp A and eae A gene at the same time was needful for identification EPEC.
