随着中国加入WTO和全球经济的一体化,知识资本、智力资本已成为企业与社会发力资源管理的重要性已被越来越多的企业管理者认可,对此该文通过对浙江省服装企业人力资源管理的现状和缺陷的剖析,探索了浙江省服装企业人力资源管理的策略.
With China's entry into WTO and the economy globalization, knowledge and intelligence capitals have become the critical factors in the development of enterprises and society. The importance of the personnel management has been acknowledged by more and more administrators.In this article,the author tries to explore the effective strategies to manage the personnel in clothing enterprises in Zhejiang province by analyzing their current situation and defects.
