摘要
本文详细地阐述了企业制度系统的复杂性特征 ,揭示了企业制度系统中存在的混沌现象 ,论述了混沌理论在企业制度创新中存在的结构分形 ,过程分形及功能分形特征。通过数量分析揭示了分形在企业制度创新中的作用。用分形理论分析了企业制度系统制度弹性中存在的分形现象 ,阐述了企业制度分形研究的价值。
The paper elaborates the complex character of enterprise regulation system in detail,reveals the chaos phenomena in enterprise regulation system and the effect of chaos theory in enterprise regulation innovation?From the fractal theory,the structure fractal,process fractal and function fractal which exist in enterprise regulation system are revealed,and the fractal phenomena of regulation system elasticity is analyzed by means of numerical calculation?At last,the paper elaborates the value on researching the fractal of enterprise regulation system.
