摘要
在全球化的制造环境里 ,供应链之间的竞争正在逐步取代传统的单个企业之间的竞争 ,供应链管理已经成为实施敏捷制造的重要环节。本文总结了国内外供应链研究的最新进展及其发展方向 ,着重分析了敏捷供应链管理、全面供应链管理、客户化供应链管理、供应链结构评价、供应链结构匹配性等问题。同时 ,结合我国制造业的实际情况与需求 ,探讨了实施供应链管理的区域性、层次性和多元化等问题。
In globalized manufacturing, the competition triditionally among enterprises is being replaced by the competition among supply chains, so that supply chain management takes an important role in the study and practice of agile manufacturing. In this paper, the latest progress of supply chain management is summarized and the directions for research are discussed. Some issues such as agile supply chain management, total supply chain management, customized supply chain management, the evaluation of supply chain structures as well as the fit of supply chain structures are analyzed. In addition, according to the actual circumstances of the manufacturing industry in China, the problems involving the area, level and variation of supply chains management are discussed.
