摘要
以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂 ,异丁烯为烷化剂 ,在管式流化床半连续反应器中研究了苯酚液相烷基化反应合成 2 ,4 二叔丁基苯酚的反应规律 结果表明 :当原料异丁烯以一定的空间速度通过苯酚和催化剂液层 ,并使催化剂处于流化状态时 ,反应可以在较温和的条件下顺利进行 ,苯酚转化率达到 10 0 % ,同时 ,通过控制反应液的液位高度可使 2 ,4 二叔丁基苯酚的反应单程收率达到最大值 (>70 % )
The synthesis reaction principle of 2,4 di tert butylphenol was studied in a tubular half-consecution fluid bed reactor,while isobutylene was used as alkylating agent and strong acidity positive ion exchange resin as catalyst.The result demonstrated that the reaction can be gone on successfully under a placid condition ,while isobutylene is feeded in reactor with steadiness space velocity and gets catalyst into a stirred state in liquid phenol. The end point of the reaction can be controlled by the mixture's volume expanding ratio.
