串级逆变电路是在高压大功率电力电子变换器中应用较多的一种变换电路。作为这种电路的改进 ,基于“混合单元”的串级逆变电路在近几年得到了发展。在现有的串级逆变电路拓扑的基础上对混合单元型串级逆变电路进行了理论分析 ,提出并试验验证了采用电压比为 (1∶3∶9)的混合单元串级逆变电路 ,实现了最多达 2
Cascade inverter has various applications in the high voltage and power multilevel inverter field. As an improvement, a new multilevel cascade inverter based on hybrid cell has been developed in these years. Based on the present hybrid inverter topology, this paper puts forward a new'3 2'hybrid inverter which uses three cells and (1∶3∶9) voltage radio in different cells. It can generate 27 voltage level sine waveform with only three cells.
