摘要
振动模态选择是超声波电机设计的重要环节 ,也是影响电机性能的重要因素。本文介绍了超声波电机振动模态形式及其选择的原则。采用有限元分析方法计算了所设计电机的振动模态和共振频率 ;用阻抗特性分析仪测量了不同模态对应的共振频率 ,其结果与有限元分析结果一致。
The selection of vibration mode is very important during the design of ultrasonic motors.It is also a significant factor infecting motor's performance.The selective principle of ultrasonic motor's vibration mode and the form of resonance mode are introduced in this paper.Using finite element analysis (FEA),motor's vibration mode and resonance frequency have been measured.Resonance frequency under different mode has been surveyed by using impedance characteristic analysis instrument.The result is in accord with FEA outcome.Finally,motor's output characteristic under different mode has been analyzed.
