在研发驱动的内生经济增长理论的框架内 ,对企业研发竞争行为和政府研发政策的最新研究进展进行了深入探讨 ,并结合我国产业现状指出政府为产业领先者提供补贴并对新的产业领先企业的利润征税能使社会福利达到最优。
It discusses firm's R&D activities and government policies in R&D Driven endogenous theory. Then it points out that it's better for the government to subsidize the industry leaders and tax the profits of new industry leaders according to the practical situation.
