本文从跨国公司在华设立研发机构的组织结构、管理制度的特点及外部资源的利用这三个方面来揭示其独特的管理模式 。

This paper focuses on the multinational corporations' R&D units in China , describes their pattern of R&D management from the structure , management system and utilization of outside resources, analyzes the infection of China's entry to WTO on multinational corporations' R&D activities. Based on this, it provides the suggestion for R&D activities of China's mainland corporations.
