知识是一个系统 ,知识创新是知识系统演化的一项重要内容。知识创新有其自身的规律 。
The knowledge is a system. The knowledge innovation is an important content of the change of knowledge system. The knowledge innovation has its own law. Using I (degree of identical) D(degree of discrepancy) C (degree of contrary) system theory of SPA (set pair analysis) to research the knowledge innovation law is a very important project.
