摘要
信息革命以巨大的冲击力使旅游业的产业结构、产业规模等产生了一些新的发展趋势,IT技术在旅游业中得到了广泛的应用和普及。如何适应信息时代的要求,促使我国旅游业健康快速的发展,是摆在旅游业面前的一个重要课题。本文认为旅游业应通过企业集团化、管理虚拟化、组织结构扁平化、营销手段网络化等改变我国传统旅游业的面貌以增强国际竞争力。
The information revolution's impulsion will change the industrial structure of tourism,stimulate the market rapidly,and give a new chance to the development of the tourism.Information technology is widely used in all fields of the tourism.In order to find the best way to develop Chinese tourism in accordance with the demand of information era;measures should be taken to improve the traditional tourism in order to enhance competitiveness.Some possible countermeasures might include conglomeration of enterprises,visual management,flat organizational structure and marketing by internet.
