黑龙江省区域可持续发展评价研究

A Study on the Assessment of Regional Sustainable Development in Heilongjiang Province

本文在对黑龙江省区域资源、经济、环境、生态、人口、社会和管理子系统以及区域关系、世代关系的实际进行研究的基础上,提出了“要素关系—功能状态—发展能力”概念模型,构建了区域可持续发展评价指标体系和数学模型,并对黑龙江省区域可持续发展的能力和发展水平进行了综合性的评价。

Based on the study of factors includi ng regional resources,economy,environment,ecology,population,society,management subsystem,as w ell as regional and generational relationship in Heilongjiang province,China,this paper presents the concept model of'factor and relationship,function a nd state,developmental ability,and builds an indicator system and some a ssessment mathematic models for the regional sustainable development.It makes an integrated assessment on th e regional sustainable development in Heilongjiang province with the in dicators and methods above.
