摘要
为了促进技术的发展,全国各地都在积极地探索技术要素股份化的形式,以各种各样的方法来调动科技人员的积极性。然而现在对技术要素参与收益分配的理解很不全面,对技术要素股份化的方案要素也缺乏一个全面的认识,对技术要素股份化后的股权也缺乏有效的管理,这都影响了技术股份化的实施效果。本文在此基础上对实施技术股份化的问题做一定的深入探讨。
In the aim of technological advancem ent,various forms of technical esse ntials equalization are explored nationwide to enhance the enthusiasm of technical personnel.However,d ue to the absence of comprehensive knowledge of technical essentials' role in income distribution,or factors in the process of technical essen tials e-qualization,there is also a shortage of effective management of equity a fter the equalization,and thus weak ens the effect of technical essentials equalization.This paper intends to make a detailed analysis of the problem.
