The Informatization Development and Changes in the Industrial and Manpower Structure

信息化进程的加快使得社会的职业结构和劳动力的就业状况正在发生迅速的变化。由于体制转变和信息化的作用造成的我国农业的跨越式发展将会使农村释放出大量的剩余劳动力;信息化使第二产业不再成为劳动力密集的产业;第三产业吸纳劳动力的能力也越来越低。这对我国产业结构的调整提出了新的要求。

The acceleration of the informatiza tion process has led to rapid changes in the structure of profession and employment.Thestride -overdevelopment of agriculture in China due to institutional changes and inf ormatization will lead to the release of a great amo unt of surplus labor from rural areas.Informatization has resulted in in-creasingly lower capacity of the industrial and service sectors in absorbing surplus labor.It is proposed th at China should adhere more attention to the a djustment for a more appropriate ind ustrial structure.
