摘要 介绍了载Sn (Ⅱ )沸石催化剂的制备方法及其在催化合成偏苯三酸三辛酯中的应用 ,考察了反应温度、时间和催化剂量对反应深度和产品色泽的影响。研究表明 ,以载Sn (Ⅱ )沸石作催化剂 ,通过控制反应条件 ,可以不经水洗、脱色 ,得到合格的产品 ,有效简化了生产工艺。催化剂易于分离 。 Supported catalyst Sn(Ⅱ)/Zeolite (contents 4 39% SnO),which was activated at 400℃-500℃ for 40min-60min, was used as catalyst in the synthesis of Trioctyl 1,2,4-benzenecarboxylate. Factors on the extent of reaction and chroma of product,such as temperature,reaction time and catalyst consumption were discussed.The optional reaction conditions were that the molar ratio of acid/octanol was 1∶4 3;the catalyst content was 2 2%(mass fraction);the reaction temperature was 180℃-200℃ and the reaction time was about 120min-180mins.Salable product was produced through a simple production flow without neutralization and decolour.This catalyst was easy to be separated from the product and can be reused for more than 4 times by simply being treated with alcohol after each reaction.
