摘要
分别对电解葡萄糖合成山梨醇、葡萄糖酸进行了研究。得到合成山梨醇最佳电解条件 :电流密度 0 .1 8A· dm- 2 ,温度 2 5℃ ,葡萄糖起始浓度 0 .1 0 6mol· L- 1,支持电解质的浓度 0 .1 5 mol· L- 1,在此条件下葡萄糖电流效率达到 86.84% ;合成葡萄糖酸最佳电解条件 :电流密度 0 .1 8mol· L- 1,支持电解质的浓度 0 .2 mol· L- 1,葡萄糖浓度 0 .0 2mol· L- 1,温度 5 0℃ ,电流效率可达 76.5 0 %。
Synthesis of sorbitol and gluconic acid by electro reduction and electro oxidation of glucose has been studied. The optimum conditions of sorbitol synthesis are including electronic current density 0.18 A·cm -2 , temperature of reaction :30 ℃,initial concentration of glucose :0.11 mol·L -1 ,and concentration of supporting electrolyte:0.15mol·L -1 .Under these conditions, the electronic current efficiency arrives:86.84 %. The optimum conditions of gluconic synthesis acid has been found out as follows current density:0.18 A·dm -2 ,temperature of reaction:50 ℃,initial concentration of glucose: 0.04mol·L -1 ,and the concentration of supporting electrolyte:0.2 mol·L -1 .Under these conditions, the electronic current efficiency 76.50 %.
