高工专教育面临严峻挑战,根本原因在于人才培养模式不适应社会发展的需要.从目标定位、课程体系、教学诸方面提出了构建科学的高工专人才培养模式新思路.

Nowadays colleges are facing keen competition. The main reason is that their talent-training model can' t fit the social development. This paper,from such aspects as destination-positioning , courses system and teaching, puts forword new ideas about talent-training model in colleges.
