摘要
对宁夏回族自治区不同地区、民族、性别、年龄、职业进行分层随机抽样,用原子吸收分光光谱仪测定人体血清微量元素锌、铜、铁的含量,用电子计算机多因素分析研究了其相关因素。 结果表明,血清微量元素锌、铜、铁呈正态分布,正常值分别为13.9±2.8μmol/L、17.1±3.9μmol/L和32.8±10.4μmol/L。同时发现与地区、地形、民族、性别、年龄、职业、饮水以及吸烟、饮酒、喝茶、主食等均有一定的相关性。同时用电子计算仉多元逐步回归得出了血清锌、铜、铁正常值的最优回归方程。
It is imperative to investigate the normal values of trace elements of population in various regions with the research progress on the field of trace elements and health in the world. The sampling survey by stratified random sampling method were undertaken from differant regions, peoples sexes, ages, occupations in Ningxia. The normal values of trace elements zinc, copper and iron of human serum and its relative factors were studied by means of computer multifactors' analysis. It was emphasized that tobacco, drink, tea, water supply and staple food may influence the normal values of serum trace elements, the relationships between the factors above mentioned and the habit of the Hui nationality were analysed as well.The findings in 432 healthy subjects in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region indicated that: the normal values of human serum trace elements zinc, copper and iron showed normal distributions, the normal values are 13.9 ± 2.8nmol/L, 17.1 ± 3.9umol/L and 32.8±10.4 umol/L respectively; certain interrelations exist between the concentrations of serum zinc, copper and iron and region, topography, nation, sex, age, occupation, water supply as well as tobacco, drink, tea, staple food; meanwhile the best regressive equations of the normal values of serum zinc, copper and iron were obtained by computer multiple progressive regression.
