Determination of Chloropropanol by Big Caliber Capillary Gas Chromatography in Condiments

探讨了利用大口径毛细管气相色谱-电子捕获鉴定器同时测定调味品中1,3-二氯-2-丙醇(1,3DCP)、2,3-二氯-1-丙醇(2,3DCP)和3-氯-1,2-丙二醇(3MCPD)的含量。本方法准确度高,重现性好。检出限为0.02mg/Kg,样品回收率在90%以上。
