摘要 报道了采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化剂,甲基丙烯酸和甲醇气-液-固三相连续反应高酯化率合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯过程的阻聚方法。通过静态和动态实验方法,确定了采用对苯二酚加空气的复合阻聚系统进行酯化反应,并通过实验确定了催化剂再生的简便方法,保证了反应连续平稳长周期运行。 The polymerization inhibition method in the preparation of methyl methylacrylate was studied, in which the catalyst was strong acid type cation exchange resin and the reaction was carried out by three phase continuous reaction with high esterification of methylacrylate acid and methanol. The combined inhibition system of p - benzene-diol and air in esterification was determined by static and dynamic experimental methods. Simple catalyst regeneration method for the catalyst was also provided, which could ensure the reaction with long period in continuous and stable state.
