BA/ST/MA/MMA/AA/AM复合乳液的研究

摘要 采用半连续乳液种子聚合法合成了丙烯酸丁酯(BA)/苯乙烯(ST)/丙烯酸甲酯(MA)/甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)/丙烯酸(AA)/丙烯酰胺(AM)复合乳液,根据正交试验结果,得出复合乳液的最佳配方。考察了丙烯酸用量对乳液电解质稳定性的影响、引发剂用量对聚合反应转化率的影响及乳化剂用量对粘度的影响。采用离心法测得乳液的乳胶粒径分布,并对胶膜的耐水性及拉伸强度进行了考察。结果表明,采用最佳配方可制得粘度适当、固含量适中、稳定性好、粒径分布较窄、转化率较高的BA/ST/MA/MMA/AA/AM复合乳液。由该复合乳液制得的胶膜具有较好的机械性能。 The butyl acrylate(BA)/styrene(ST)/methyl acrylate( MA)/methyl methacrylate(MMA)/acrylate acid (AA)/acrylamide( AM) composite emulsion was synthesized by semicontinuous seed emulsion polymerization. The optimum formula was obtained from orthogonal test. The effects of the amount of cross linked monomer on the electrolyte property of emulsion, the amount of initiator on the conversion of polymerization,' and the amount of emulsifier on the viscosity of emulsion were investigated. The distribution of latex granule size was determined by centrifuging method. The water resistance and strength of the latex film were investegated. The results showed that BA/ST/MA/ MMA/AA/AM composite emulsions had suitable viscosity and solid content, good stability, narrow granule size distribution , and high convertion. The latex film made from this composite emulsions had good mechanical property.
