讨论了特勒根定理的两种表现形式——功率守恒和似功率守恒及其内在联系 ,给出特勒根定理的完整形式及其证明 ,并通过讨论该定理的实际应用 ,得出互易定理。从而阐明了特勒根定理 ,功率守恒 ,似功率守恒及互易定理四者间的关系。

This paper discusses Tellegen's theorem in detail, points out the statement of the theorem, then, it presents two conclusions from the theorem: conservation of the power and conservation of the similar power. Applying Tellegen's theorem to the reciprocity network, the reciprocity theorem can be acquired. Thus it completes the theorem in many reference books.
