摘要
目的 研究一种新型隔振器金属丝网隔振器作为发动机悬置系统隔振元件的可行性 .方法 针对某大功率柴油发动机的悬置系统 ,专门设计加工了金属丝网隔振器 ,并对该金属丝网隔振器的结构与工作原理进行了分析 ,对其静态特性、动态特性及耐久性等进行了测试试验 .结果 金属丝网隔振器具有外型尺寸小、环境适应能力强、承载范围宽、固有频率低、摩擦阻尼大等特点 ,能有效抑制共振峰 ,具有较好的缓冲和宽频带隔振效果 .结论 金属丝网隔振器是一种较好的悬置隔振元件 ,可以作为车辆 (尤其是工作环境恶劣的车辆 )发动机悬置系统的悬置元件 .
Aim In this paper, the feasibility of a new isolator-wire net isolator is studied as an engine mounting system′s component. Methods A wire net isolator is designed and made specially for a large power diesel engine. The wire net isolator′s frame, and working theory are analysed and the characteristics of the static, dynamic and wear are tested by experiment. Results Wire net isolator has the characters of small size, light-weight, broadband carrying ability, low natural frequency and large damping. It can restrain resonance effectively and has better broadband frequency cushion and isolate effects. Conclusion Wire net isolator is a better mounting isolator and can be used in various vehicle′s mounting system (especially in wicked circumstance).
