制取磷酸钠盐新工艺实验研究

New technology for the preparation of sodium phosphate

研究了用溶剂沉淀法净化湿法磷酸制取磷酸钠盐的工艺路线。考察了制备过程中物料配比、反应温度、反应时间、pH值等因素的影响 ,确定了反应的最佳条件。试验结果表明 :该法制得的磷酸钠盐已达工业级 ,P2 O5的收率为 79% ,固体沉渣可作肥料 ,总P2 O5利用率达 98 7%。

New technology for the preparation of sodiu m phosphate by solvent-precipitation method was studied.The various factors affect ing the process,such as proportion of raw materials,reaction temperature,reactio n time and pH of solution etc.were investigated.The optimum process conditions w ere determined.The test results show that the quality of the product can reach t he industrial grade,the yield of P 2O 5 is 79%,the solid sediment can be used for fertilizer.The total utilization of P 2O 5 can reach 98.7%.
