摘要
采用线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、(乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯)共聚物(E/VAC)为基体树脂,Mg(OH)_2、微胶囊化红磷为主、辅阻燃剂,制备了无卤阻燃电缆料。探讨了Mg(OH)_2阻燃剂用量、粒径大小、表面处理方法及与红磷的阻燃协同效应等对体系力学性能、阻燃性能的影响。研究表明,在配比为80/20/30的LLDPE/LDPE/(E/VAC)体系中加入适量的经偶联剂处理的Mg(OH)_2和微胶囊化红磷,可制得阻燃性好的电缆料。
Non-halogen flame-retardant cable was prepared with LLDPE/LDPE/(E/VAC) as the matrix resin and Mg(OH)2 as the major flame retardant. Investigation was focused on the effect of content, fineness and surface treatment of Mg(OH)2 as well as flame-retardant synergist on mechanical properties and flame-retardant properties of the system. The result showed that the cable material with good flame retardance could be made with the addition of suitabe Mg (OH)2 and capsulated red phosphorus in the LLDPE/LDPE/(E/VAC) system.
