Effective Way of Improving the Coke Quality and Reducing Coke-making Production Costs

通过综合分析湘潭煤制气厂炼焦生产具体情况 ,认为该厂炼焦生产的配煤比极不合理 ,致使焦炭质量不合格、炼焦生产成本较高。选择 40 kg实验焦炉模拟 6 6 - 型焦炉进行炼焦实验 ,得出 40 kg实验焦炉与 6 6 - 型焦炉的炼焦生产有很好的相关性 ,并以此寻求出了经济配煤比 。

The conditions of coke-making production for gas plant of Xiangtan are analyzed,and it is thought that the ratio of mixing coal is unreasonable.Therefore,the coke quality is not standard and the coke-making production cost is higher.The result of 40 kg test coke oven is related to that of 66-Ⅲ coke oven by simulated test of 40 kg test coke oven,and the economical ratio of mixing coal is found by simulated test.The goal of improving coke quality and reducing coke-making production costs is achieved.
