摘要
将双侧标记基因型均值回归作图法的线性模型扩展,用以分离多环境试验下可能存在的环境效应和数量性状基因(QTL)与环境的互作效应,以提高QTL作图效率和准确性。对水稻组合Jasmine85/Lemont的110个F2无性系在1997、1998两年的抽穗期数据进行分析,结果发现在水稻第7染色体上的双侧标记RG30和RG477区间内检测到1个控制水稻抽穗期的主效QTL,该QTL与RG30相距0.4cM,可解释抽穗期总变异的21.8%,而且该QTL与年份存在极显著的互作效应;在该QTL的遗传效应总变异中,加性效应、显性效应、加性×环境互作以及显性×环境互作效应分别占91.26%、0 01%、8.37%和0.36%。
A procedure for mapping quantitative trait loci with multiple environment experiment data was presented. It was based on the method for mapping QTL, regression with means of flanking marker genotypes. It may separate the environment effect and QTL by environment interaction. The data of heading date of 110 clonal F2 lines of rice derived from a cross between Jasmine 85 and Lemont was studied, and the proceeding was showed in detail. A major QTL, which explained 21.8% of the variation of heading date, was found on chromosome 7, between RG30 and RG477, 0.4cM from RG30. Moreover, the QTL had very significant interaction with year, additive, dominant, additive×environment and dominant×environment effects accounted for 91.26%, 0.01%, 8.37% and 0.36%, respectively, of its genetic variation.
