摘要
选择 1 0 8只 2 2 0日龄健康贵妇鸡 ,随机分成 3组。对照组添加 1 50mg/kg的杆菌肽锌 ,试验I组添加 50 0mg/kg的糖萜素 ,试验II组添加 70 0mg/kg糖萜素。结果表明 :试验I组与试验II组采食量分别比对照组提高 2 .1 3% (P >0 .0 5)和 8.0 6 %(P <0 .0 5) ,两试验组的产蛋率、蛋的哈夫单位略有提高 (P >0 .0 5) ,蛋重、料蛋比低于对照组 (P >0 .0 5) ;营养代谢率与对照组相比差异不显著 ;血清中BUN的含量 ,试验I组和试验II组分别比对照组低 2 6 .6 7% (P <0 .0 1 )和 2 0 .0 0 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ;TP含量分别比对照组提高 9.87% (P >0 .0 5)和 7.73% (P >0 .0 5) ;ALP水平分别比对照组提高 6 .35% (P >0 .0 5)和 4 2 .90 % (P <0 .0 1 ) ;γ -GT分别比对照组提高 2 3.0 2 % (P <0 .0 1 )和 1 1 .34% (P >0 .0 5) ,两试验组间γ -GT含量差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5)。
d old royal chickens were selected and randomly divided into three groups .In the control diet,150mg/kg Zinc Bacitracin was added. Treatment I diet contained 500mg/kg Saccharicterpenin, and treatment II 700mg/kg Saccharicterpenin .The results showed that intake of treatment I and II to the control increased 2.31% (p>0.05) and 8.06% (p<0.01),respectively. Compared to the control, there was a little increase for the laying ratio and Haugh unit and decrease for the egg weight and feed efficiency (p>0.05) in two treatments. There were no significant differences in the nutrition digestibility among three groups. To the control, treatment I and II serum BUN decreased 26.67% (p<0.01) and 20.0% (p<0.01), TP concentration increased 9.87% (p>0.05) and 7.73% (p>0.05), ALP level increased 6.35% (p>0.05) and 42.90% (p<0.01), and γ-GT increased 23.02% (p<0.01) and 11.34% (p>0.05),respectively.There was no significant difference in the γ-GT between two treatments.
