芦荟继代芽生根培养的研究

Root Culture of Subsequent Generation Bud of Aloe vera L.

探索了适宜芦荟继代芽生根的培养基配方。试验表明:芦荟继代芽在1/2MS+0.08mg/LNAA+1～3g/L活性碳的培养基上的生根效果最为理想;而在1/2MS+0.07mg/LBA+1～3g/L活性碳的培养基上,不但生根效果较好,而且还可长出4～5倍的小芽。

Experimentswere madeto select the culture mediumformulationssuitable for rooting of the subsequentgenerationbudof Aloe vera L.Theresults showed that rooting of the subsequentgeneration bud of Aloe vera L.was best in the medium1/2MS+0.8mg/LNAA+1-3g/LAC;in the medium1/2MS+0.07mg/LBA+1-3g/L AC,not only rooting was good,but also4-5times of budlets shot.
